Once we have established your company aims and recruitment procedures we research our candidate knowledge to identify, pre-screen and select a shortlist to meet your requirements. As we work closely with our Clients we can also contact you on an ad hoc basis to introduce talented individuals who we believe would fit well with your business and could meet and exceed the requirements of your role profiles.
Advertised Selection
We can advertise on your behalf or jointly to combine our brand strengths. We undertake the management of the advertised response, and link to our pre-screening and assessment services to provide a shortlist of quality candidates for your consideration. This service may also be combined with a full Sector Search to gain the widest possible response.
Retained Search and Selection
This service suits key positions where quality candidates may be scarce. After consultation with our Clients we thoroughly research the target market then confidentially approach potential candidates and undertake screening and assessment. Once quality individuals have been selected a shortlist will be produced for our Client and we will then undertake offer negotiations with successful candidates.
Pre-Screening & Assessment Services
We have stringent pre-screening and assessment criteria to select the best possible candidates to meet your specifications. We can offer a range of selection services, as agreed with our Clients, to best fit the organisational requirements. These include telephone and face-to-face interviews, practical and psychometric testing, reference checking and performance validation.
